Typically we will start with a simplified objective and/or model architecture, to provide baseline results, and then apply successive levels of modelling complexity. This efficient process flushes out unseen challenges, and ensures time is not wasted with unnecessary or ineffective rabbit holes.
• We release models early, starting simple and fast and building in performance and complexity. This enables work to be started on downstream deployment and benefit realisation as soon as possible. This de-risks downstream delivery, and allows new opportunities to be identified early and fed back into the modelling.
• Models are built with real world performance and useability in mind. We design no-nonsense testing strategies which reflect the real world performance, not idealised scenarios engineered to look good.
• As well as pure performance, we consider other factors such as model explainability, confidence and interaction points for human in the loop processes.
• We are technology and platform agnostic. We train models which can be deployed to all types of platform, ensuring a seamless transition to production.
